As I observe the Filipino is certified koreanovela fanatic, so I serve a list of Popular Korean Actresses that really caught their attention. Based it on their dramas that already seen in the Philippines:

Kim's big break as an actress came with "Stairway To Heaven," a TV series that ran from 2003 to 2004, in which she played Han Yoori, step sister to the main character in a family drama.

K-Pop Male Group and their K-Pop Songs

“Super Junior”

I was really shock when I seen on TV how many people attended in Araneta Coliseum just to watch the Concert of Super Junior. And on the second (2nd) time that they made a concert, still many people watch them even for the second (2nd) time. Super Junior is the male version of Girls Generation. Super Junior largest K-Pop group.

                                                                                                                             “SS501”
The name of the band is a combination of letters and numbers that have special meaning. The first “S” stands for “Superstar". The second “S” is an abbreviation for "Singer". The combination of 5, 0, and 1 symbolizes "five members united as one forever. This group actually became popular in the Philippines because one of their members is Kim Hyun Joong who became popular in Boys over Flower.

"BIGBANG"

Big Bang is a South Korean boy band. The group's formation was chronicled on the television series Big Bang Documentary.  During the early days of their career, Big Bang's music was predominately hip hop, although they incorporated R&B songs into their albums as well. A writer for Yahoo! Japan once compared their early materials to that of American hip-hop artists such as the Black-Eyed Peas, stating that their material included "catchy vocals, rap and characters.

Maybe those things that Black eyed Peas see on these groups are the reason also that catch Filipinos attention to patronized this group.

"Beast "

Beast is a boy band from Korea that consists of six members. The members areYoon Doo-joon, Jang Hyun-seung, Yong Jun-hyung, Yang Yo-seob, Lee Gi-kwang and Son Dong-woon. The group was originally known as B2ST, an acronym for Boys 2 Search for Top. However, their name was changed to BEAST (Boys of East Standing Tall).

K-Pop groups like coming in the Philippines because they know that they will receive fame and hospitality not just their fellow Koreans who stays in our country, but also fro, Filipinos.

        Korean Actors that Filipino Loves

As Filipinos keep on watching koreanovela, i make a list of Popular Korean Actors that surely Filipinos already loved. I based it on their shows that already seen in the Philippines:

        1.  KWAN SANG WOO
             Roles He Portrayed:

Andrew in Endless Love 1 (Autumn in My Heart)
Edward Ha in The Big Thing
             Cinderella MAN

Who can’t resist the charm of this good looking guy? This good actor really portrays his role very well. Who can forget him as Andrew Endless Love 1 (Autumn in My Heart), I guess this is that’s the first time that we seen his face on Philippine TV. But the more we appreciate him, is when He pierce their heart with his heartbreaking role as Cholo in Stairway to Heaven. The Big Thing is his newest drama on Philippine TV, which I like so much because he played comic as Edward Ha and He has his upcoming drama in Philippine TV Cinderella Man

        2.  JEONG JI-HOON better known as "RAIN"
             Korean Drama:
            Justine in Full House
        A love to kill
             Hollywood Film:
            Ninja Assassin
            Speed Racer

Rain, (born Jung Ji-Hoon), is primarily known for his singing and dancing talents, but he has also expanded into the world of acting.

As an R&B singer, he is perhaps one of the best known stars worldwide, having performed in several Asian countries as well as the United States. His music and dancing talent have been compared to superstars such as Usher and Justin Timberlake.

However, his rise to stardom can arguably be mainly attributed to his role in the 2004 Korean drama series, Full House, in which he starred opposite of Song Hye Kyo. The series became immensely popular, and ended up as one of the highest rated and most popular Korean dramas worldwide. Another drama is A love to kill.

The year 2008 was another busy year for Rain, as he earned a small role in his first Hollywood film Speed Racer.

In 2009 Rain graced the big screen again with the movie Ninja Assassin, which earned him the "Biggest Badass Award" at the MTV movie awards in 2010.

        3. LEE MIN HO
            Roles He Portrayed:
Gu  Jun Pyo in Boys Over Flower
            Gino in Perfect Match

This Korean actor really captivates the heart of Filipina audiences when they first saw him at his Curly looking, Rich, and Bad Boy image that fell in with a poor simple girl at Boys over Flower
Where he really shot fame in that lead role.
His drama Perfect Match, that can’t take the audiences eyes out of him. He’s cute when he played there as an Architect who pretend to be a gay.
                                                                                                                                      4. KIM HYUNG JOONG

            Roles He Portrayed:
Yoon Ji Hoo in Boys over Flower
            Gelo in Playful Kiss

Kim Hyun Joong, a South Korean actor and singer in Seoul, South Korea, has risen to fame both as the leader of the all-male K-pop group SS501 and most recently as Yoon Ji Hoo in the KBS 2009 hit drama Boys Before Flowers. After that drama he has given a lead role as Gelo The genius looking guy in Playful Kiss.

                                                                             5. SONG SEUNG-HEON
             Roles He Portrayed:
Johnny in Endless Love 1 (Autumn in My Heart)
             Ethan Park in My Princess

True stardom only came to Song in late 2000 however, with the broadcast of the hugely popular TV drama Autumn in My Heart.
In January 2011, he starred in the MBC romantic comedy drama My Princess with Kim Tae-hee.
